ThinkQuotient’s CSR Initiative

Vision

Our Vision is to provide equal opportunities to physically challenged students aspiring for a good career in the IT industry.

About ThinkQuotient’s CSR Initiative

When did we start?

In the year 2018, we have successfully trained and placed three students who were physically challenged. These students had very good coding skills and logical aptitude that acted as a catalyst to skyrocket their IT career.

Why did we start?

We received an overwhelming response after placing physically challenged students. This success encouraged us to organize a Free Job Assistance Drive for such students where we could help to build their IT career.

What do we do?

As a part of our social responsibility, we had organized many events that gave us a chance to give back to society. In the past year, we have been involved in CSR initiatives like Free Job Assistance Drive for Physically Disabled IT Graduates, Flood Relief Donation for Kolhapur Sangli, and Cloth Donation.

Acheivements Under CSR Initiative

Free Job Assistance Drive for Physically challenged
  • We train the eligible candidates FREE OF COST on Full Stack Development. On completion of the course, we send students fo placement drive in various IT companies.
Flood relief Kolhapur-Sangli
  • We at ThinkQuotient extended a helping hand by providing monetary help to the victims of flood-affected areas of Kolhapur- Sangli in August 2018 through RISO Foundation. The heavy rains washed away most of the homes and sources of livelihood. Each one of our employee gave their contribution to uplift these flood-hit areas.
Clothes Donation
  • Many are less fortunate than us when it comes to the necessities of life. Many are deprived of food, clothes, shelter, and education, which often drift them towards a saddening lifestyle. Knowing this fact, we organized a clothes donation drive where our employees got clothes that were donated to RISO Foundation. Every employee of ThinkQuotient actively participated in this drive and contributed generously
